Ebay Tid Bits
So you want to try and sell some of your stuff on ebay. Here are some simple tid bits to help. 1) Make sure you put as much detail as possible on your listing. You can never have to much information. If you put everything you can possible think of in your listing it will save you time and help your customers make a bid. Just make sure your descriptions are clear and truthful. If there is a scratch on the item then call it out in the description. 2) You must have well lit photos of the item your are trying to sell. If you look around ebay you will find photos that are not lit well or have shadows and do not show the item for sale very well. Remember this is your only chance to show the customer what you have for sale. Make sure the photo is taken at a close enough range to clearly see it. If you have to take multiple photos to show all the sides. 3) Have your auctions end in the evening so you can get the most bidders possible. Most people can not watch a auction during the daytime and will not be able to get caught up in the last minute bidding that could happen. If you sell items that appeal to people in a different country remember the time difference. 4) Make sure you answer peoples questions promptly. And add any to the FAQ section of your listing. 5) Make sure you keep your seller feedback high so your customers have trust in your auctions.
